  • Deposit: A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
  • Means of payment: You can pay the final bill in cash, with EC card (debit card), Visa or Master Card.
  • Local tax: €3.00 in winter / €2.00 in summer per day/person over 15 years will be charged additionally.
  • Pets are possible on request. We ask for your understanding that it is not allowed in all room categories. The price for your four-legged friend is €15.00 per day without food. Please note that your pet is not allowed in all public areas (lobby, restaurant, wellness). Damage caused, and extraordinary soiling, will be charged additionally.



Cancellation policy 

Cancellations are annoying. For you and for us. It's a shame if you can't come to us. But it's also a shame when rooms remain vacant even though other guests would have liked to come. According to the Austrian hotel contract conditions (AGBH 2006), the following cancellation fees apply in this case:

  • up to 3 months before the stay - no cancellation fee
  • 3 months to 1 month before the stay - 40% of the total price
  • 1 month to 1 week before the stay - 70% of the total price
  • In the last week before the stay - 90% of the total price

In the event of cancellation, deposits that have already been paid will be returned minus a processing fee of € 25.00 or converted into a voucher.

Travel cancellation insurance

To be on the safe side, we recommend that our guests take out our travel cancellation insurance.

Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance, e.g. "Europäische Reiseversicherung".

Check-in / Check-out

  • Our rooms are available on the day of arrival from approx. 14:00. If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know by telephone.
  • On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am.
